Fondée par Pomi — qui a grandi sur la ferme de café de son grand-père en Éthiopie et vit maintenant à Louvain, en Belgique — nous possédons une maîtrise native du néerlandais, de l'anglais, de l'amharic et du français. SIDAMO
Altitude : 1 500 – 2 200 mWashed Sidamo Gr. 2 — balanced sweetness with layered berry and chocolate tones.
Unwashed Sidamo Gr. 4 — fuller body with dried-fruit sweetness for consistent commercial blends.
LIMU
Altitude : 1 400 – 2 000 mWashed Limu Gr. 2 — forest-origin lots with rounded body and classic Limu sweetness.
DJIMMAH
Altitude : 1 400 – 1 900 mUnwashed Djimmah Gr. 5 — Western Ethiopia character with heavier body and spice undertones.

I’m Pomi, founder of Home Coffee. Born in Ethiopia where my grandfather owned a coffee farm, I now live in Leuven, Belgium. Fluent in Dutch, English, Amharic, and French, I bridge two cultures — making direct relationships easier, more transparent, and more human.
